11.2 f777 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, arising out of or related to the player's use of — or inability to use — the f777 platform, even where f777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 f777's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or related to the use of the platform shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the ninety (90) day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit f777's liability for: fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; death or personal injury caused by negligence; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12.1 f777 collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at f777.my/privacy-policy. By registering on f777, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.
12.2 f777 collects personal data including, but not limited to, your name, date of birth, CNIC or passport number, mobile phone number, email address, residential address, financial transaction data, and device and technical information.
